School calendar and training days
Training days for 2023/2024 are as follows:

Please note that we strongly encourage holidays are booked during the school holidays. The impact of a child’s absence when learning has continued for the rest of their class is extremely difficult to address when a child returns to school. This often leads to gaps in children’s knowledge and understanding as learning progresses. We have taken into account that families often prefer to extend the length of their holiday beyond the school holiday dates by tagging our training day dates onto school holidays. Where family holidays are taken in term time, these will be recorded as an unauthorised absence, as per our Attendance Policy.
As an additional incentive for children to attend school, our whole school Driver Days next year are planned to take place on the following dates:
Thursday 21st December 2023
Thursday 28th March 2024
Friday 19th July 2024
We follow the Leeds City Council school holiday/term dates.
