If your child is already of school age, please contact the school to arrange an appointment with the headteacher at a mutually convenient time. You will also need to obtain a copy of the LEA In Year Transfer Form from Admissions Division of Education Leeds. |

| Nursery |

If your child is below nursery age and you wish to put his/her name on our waiting list, please contact the school ( 0113 3368678 ). We follow the Education Leeds Early Years Admission Guidance. Please contact our Business Manager or Education Leeds Early Years Service for information. If you are allocated a place we will then contact you in the term prior to your child’s admission date to arrange a visit to our nursery. Nursery staff will then make a home visit by appointment. Parents of children attending nursery are required to follow the LEA procedures for applying for a reception class place. Please note a place in our Nursery does not guarantee a place in our school. |

| Reception |

The governors intend to have one intake of Reception pupils in September 2010 and September 2011.
All admissions to reception are organised through the LEA Admissions Unit. If your child was born between 1st September 2005 and 31st August 2006 inclusive you are eligible to apply for a Reception place for September 2010. Parents who wish to do so must complete a School Preference Form.
The school has an admission limit of 60 pupils for the Reception group. |
